TURBO GEM COUPE

It was only 6 or more years ago that Gemini's were everywhere mostly with cut springs a dodged up interior, missing window winders, loud exhausts and 15” wheels, most with serious rust issues. Now things have changed they have slowly disappeared, been crashed, disintegrated into a pile of rust and left to the wreakers. Good Geminis are becoming a rare find, which is why now when I see a nice one I really appreciate it. Daniel's TX/TE/TG is no exception. What a Gem! Everything on this Gemini has been replaced or rebuilt to the highest quality not one nut or bolt has been over looked. The interior has received a full re trim, the exterior received custom welding mods finished with a new coat of yellow-green sparkle paint and the motor was rebuilt with a few added extras like a T3/T4 turbo and running on straight Gas. Daniel has basically taken the best parts from the Gemini family and put them all into one.

This car is not just a shinny sparkly coupe dumped on a set of 18s. It has the bang to match. Along with the straight gas and worked turbo motor he has fitted slotted VT commodore 300mm discs on the front, XB Falcon 1 inch master cylinder, nolathane bushes all round, custom adjustable panhard rod, commodore LSD centre in Gemini housing with VN V8 Shortened axle and the list goes on and on…
Daniel has attended a couple of MSCA track days already and he and his Gemini have gone very well. Whilst still running on low boost he is doing some good lap times at Sandown and Winton. >>sprint pics

The Gem has yet to be put onto a dyno but Daniel hopes to make around 180+ rear wheel horse power.

Throttle body meter rod modified for turbo
LG B2 Gas converter hot kitted to suit turbo application
boost balance pipe to gas converter
